Orders and payment:

Can I change my order once it has been paid ? 

Once your order is placed on the website kikies.fr, send us immediately by email the desired change to the following address: contact@kikies.fr

However, any request sent more than 2 hours after your order can not be taken into account, we also do not guarantee that your product will be in stock and that the change can be made but we will do our best to find the best solution together.

Which payment can I use? 

For all your orders on the website kikies.fr, we accept payment by CB, Visa and MasterCard. We work with the bank Crédit Agricole and its e-transactions solution to provide you with high security standards such as protecting your card's sensitive data and meeting international security requirements.

When does my order will be shipped? 

Every parcel is shipped via Colissimo within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order and the bank authorization. You will be notified by e-mail once the parcel is shipped and you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery of your parcel.

France delivery times: 48/72H however delivery times may vary depending on product availability, payment authorization and delivery addresses.

Outside France, we ship via Colissimo expert within 5-10 days.

Please specify a delivery address to which you will be present at the time of delivery.

As environmental enthusiasts, we strongly believe in the reduction of waste. This is why we are reusing and recycling old package to send your order. Less is better.

Can I have my parcel delivered to another address ? 

Yes, you can ship to another address than yours.

I would like to exchange my article, how should I proceed? 

AS WE ARE CLOSING DOWN ON THE 31.12.2019, NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THOSE FINAL SALES. 

How much does a return cost ? 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.  

KIKIES warranty:

I have received my sunglasses but they are damaged, what should I do? 

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. We invite you to contact our customer service: contact@kikies.fr so that we can proceed to the exchange as soon as possible. This exchange must be accompanied by photographs attesting the defect and proof of purchase.

If you have purchased a pair of Kikies glasses from one of our resellers, you should contact them directly. The exchange will then take place between Kikies and this reseller.

What is included in the Kikies' warranty?

The Kikies warranty covers all manufacturing defects of your pair of glasses. It is warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be requested when you replace the model with the same or equivalent model depending on the available stocks.

This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.

How to take care of my leather side shields and nose ? 

Do not panic, it is full-grain leather, so it's pretty simple. The older gets the leather, the better its patina, but it is also a natural material that requires a little care. In the early years, a damp cloth is enough to remove dust or dirt. We recommend you to feed the leather after 2/3 years, according to its use, then from time to time using a soft care product. It will guarantee you a beautiful patina on your Kikies' leathers.
